AJ Parise Youth Football Conditioning Program

The SBSC Youth Football program is 3-weeks of pre-season prep designed specifically to increase speed, agility, quickness, and endurance.

The players will meet at SBSC on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM beginning Monday, August 2 and ending Friday, August 20.

Game Time
A Total Youth Conditioning Program

Duration: 8-Weeks

Audience: Ages 7-15

Focus: Physical fitness and health awareness (not sports performance).

Game Time is designed to get youth off of the sofa, off of electronics and into having physical fun and getting fit. This program develops good exercise habits and nutritional awareness, as well as addressing "off-the-field" challenges facing youth today.

SBSC Game Time uses fun and exciting modalities like medicine balls, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, ladders, plyometrics, and yoga. Also incorporated are SBSC speed training methods and the latest in performance and strength training to make this program come alive and produce quick results, keeping youth returning for more. No Assessment required. 

Game Time Group A

Group A is a 3 day per week option that meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Game Time Group A starts Monday, June 7 and runs through Friday July 30.

Game Time, Group B

Group B is a 2 day per week option that meets on Tuesday and Thursday of each week from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Game Time Group B starts Tuesday, June 8 and runs through Thursday, July 29.

Audience: Ages 7-12

Focus: Sets an early athletic foundation.

The SBSC Jump Start Program is taught by our Performance Coaches and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete's physical foundation, improve their coordination, and build self-esteem. Our speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

The Jump Start Program is designed to enhance:

  • Injury Prevention

  • Weight Loss

  • Self-confidence

Our coaches are trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.

Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition. 

Jump Start meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week from 9:00 to 10:00 AM beginning Monday, June 7 and ending Friday, July 30.
